By accessing and using VenueHost's AI concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
VenueHost provides an AI-powered concierge service that helps couples find and book wedding venues. Our service includes real-time availability checking, pricing information, and lead qualification.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Monthly subscription: $149/month
- One-time setup fee: $500
- Payment processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
- No refunds on setup fees
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate venue information
- Respond to qualified leads promptly
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer our AI service
- Comply with all applicable laws
6. Intellectual Property
VenueHost and its AI technology are proprietary and protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights reserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
VenueHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
